At Performance Site Company safety is a way of life.
We strive toward safety excellence through many means including: full time safety personnel on staff, weekly crew safety tool box talks, monthly formal crew safety audits, monthly safety team meetings, new hire safety orientations, certified OSHA 10 hour classes, and annual CPR/ first aid training for employees.
Performance Site Company was honored in November 2005 with the highest, and most coveted, BX Safety Award- the Meg DeWerth Industry Impact Award -Performance Site Company was recognized for our influence on the
construction industry.

2005/2006 Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Safety Achievement Award
2005/2006 Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Safety Innovation AwardDeveloping a job trailer platform with fold-up stairs. The platform includes standard guard railing and metal stairs. A winch hoist system raises the platform up for storage when not in use and for movement of the trailer. In a revised design of the sytem, the once manually attached stairs can be secured to the platform with hinges. Then, when the platform is winched for storage, the stairs now fold under and secure to the platform, providing additional security for the trailer.
2004/2005 Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Meg DeWerth Industry Impact Safety AwardFor redesigning a quick-coupler for an excavator, which includes a safety pin in the line of vision of the operator, along with extended grab hooks and a lifting hook with a butterfly latch.
